2012 Customer service award Picador Lyndhurst (formerly Pats Garage) has won a prestigious award for Excellent Customer Service for 2012.

The award is based on feedback from customers on their experience of Picador Lyndhurst. Robert Oakeley, Managing Director said "Excellent customer service is extremely important to us across the group and we strive to give all our customers an enjoyable experience whenever they visit us."
New Branch in the New Forest!

January 2012 will see a new branch being added to the Picador Vauxhall Group in the New Forest. Picador Vauxhall will be taking over Pats Garage in Lyndhurst from the beginning of January.

Both dealerships are Family owned and have a wealth of experience through many years of selling and maintaining both Vauxhall and other makes of car.

Picador Vauxhall will be bringing their ethos of excellent customer service to the present Pats Garage customers and look forward to welcoming many more new customers within the New Forest and Waterside area.

For current customers, you will still see many of the familiar faces along with some new ones too, so please pop in an have a coffee and a chat.

Business will be running as usual and Picador Vauxhall look forward to a smooth handover.
